Alessandra Chiareli
Alessandra is a scientist by training. In her 30 year career with 3M company she earned three patents and was known as a collaborative and inclusive global business leader with experience in strategic planning, operational execution, and building of high performing diverse teams.
She recently retired and is ready to explore her passions. Alessandra is an advocate for integrating mindfulness into effective leadership practices. She is dedicated to advancing STEM education, in particular in under represented groups, promoting women's empowerment, fostering environmental sustainability, and supporting the arts. She is seeking opportunities to serve on non-profit boards of directors, and drive positive change and social impact.
